Return Process

  Log into your Escentual account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Securely Package Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your order summary inside.

  Ship to Escentual

  Affix your return label to the parcel and send it via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
